problema con l exstender

Salve a tutti, oggi mi è arrivato l andropenis , ovviamente mi sono precipitato a provarlo.. Dopo circa mezzora mi è venuto prima un bruciore , ma dopo poco mi è venuto un dolore al pene e sono corso a toglierlo... Forse l ho caricato troppo..?
Credo di averlo messo bene, allego qualche foto ,datemi qualche qualche consiglio per favore ,grazie.

I bought a 4" Irwin Handiclamp from homedepot and wrapped my unit in a length of saran wrap and hung a 1.1 kilo plate from it for 10 minutes.

I will rest saturday and sunday and repeat the process every day next week to see what happens.

After the session and during I felt no discomfort and the head discoloured slightly but everything was fine while jelqing. The clamp fit snug and held for the full ten minutes without hinting that it could fall off, in fact for the last five minutes I allowed the weight to swing gently back and forth to put some additional stress on the ligs to explore the various sensations of having a weight clamped to my dick!

My initial reaction is that the weight is too light, but I will stick with this for the next week and watch my PIs and continue jelqing, and maybe add some weight on friday if everything seems ok.

Salve a tutti, ho 22 anni e mi sono appena iscritto a questo forum. Conosco ancora molto poco del PE, tuttavia pratico la routine di base da circa un mese e mezzo. Le mie misure sono in lunghezza di 17 cm in erezione e di 11.3 / 11,5 in circonferenza. E' scontato che quello che mi interessa maggiormente è aumentare la ciconferenza. Sapreste darmi qualche consiglio? La mia routine prevede : 5 minuti di bendaggio per il riscaldamento - 5 minuti di stirate - 250 jelq oliati da circa 3 sec ciascuno - 40 kegel. Potrei inserire qualche esercizio specifico per la circonferenza? A fine allenamento noto che le vene del pene diventano assai più visibili nonostante la ciconferenza effettiva del membro non cambi! Grazie per le vostre risposte! Dimenticavo, svolgo gli eserci 2 giorni si e 1 no durante la settimana. Es. Lunedì - martedì giovedì -venerdì- domenica- lunedì ecc ecc

I'm just curious, has PE caused any changes to the way any of you piss? It seems like since you are stretching the same muscles used to pinch off your piss, you could damage it, making it more difficult to pinch? Just a thought. Maybe that's why people do kegels? I am a newbie and am trying to figure this whole PE thing out.

Hola hermanos de estiradas jajaja, bueno saludos a todos los usuarios de esta página, en este tema me gustaría conocer las opiniones de quienes lo han hecho, de sus parejas y de los beneficios o perjuicio que trae consigo el depilarse la zona púbica.

Empiezo por decirles que me parece muy buena idea para quienes están realizando ejercicios de estiramiento, ya que queda totalmente liso y demora mas en crecer el vello, por otro lado me parece mas higiénico y estético, además a mi mina le gusta más, sobre todo para el sexo oral; pero como todo, no todo es bueno, primero el depilarse es doloroso, por eso yo lo hice poco a poco, tarde quince días para dejarlo totalmente depilado, otra cosa es que de vez en cuando se enconan los vellos que no salen de forma adecuada; pero solo es cuestión de esperar ellos solos se acomodan y se desvanece la molestia.

Bueno, a quienes quieran hacerlo les digo adelante, buena experiencia, a quienes lo han hecho pido sus opiniones y a todos los demás lo invito a participar pues creo que de todos puedo aprender y todos tienen algo que aportar a la familia de los thunderianos. Gracias por sus comentario

Retorno al P.E. y duda primaria

Hará 1 mes ya, retomé el P.E después de un laaaaargo parón. Ahora vengo con más ganas que nunca sin cesar en mi rutina. He decidido retomar la rutina de novatos nuevamente durante 1-2 meses para adaptar de nuevo mi pene, para posteriormente ir adaptandola según vaya viendo los progresos en el.


Después de este prólogo, quisiera comentar acerca de mi glande.
Desde antes, durante el P.E e incluso a dia de hoy, al tacto e incluso visualmente, noto demasiado desproporcionado mi glande, no a más grande en comparación al resto del tronco, sino todo lo contrario.

No sé si estoy llegando al 100% de mis erecciones, pero cuando el tronco está sumamente duro, el glande se nota esponjoso, como si la sangre se detuviera en la base de el, sin llegar al 100%.
Cabe decir que soy circuncisado, por si este dato pueda aportar algo.

Ho voluto creare questa discussione in cui se qualcuno ha da chiedere qualcosa da poco lo può fare senza dover crearne una nuova e magari creare problemi ai moderatori con temi già discussi e ridiscussi in passato..

Perchè quando faccio hanging con l'ADS dopo pochi minuti mi scivola?? Questa volta il tappo non è bucato...

Ciao a tutti,
Volevo avere un vostro parere. Io ho iniziato con il PE circa 2 anni fa e parto da queste misure 14 (14,5)x13 e volevo arrivare 16x14 o qualcosa in piu in lunghezza.
Credendo nella validità degli esercizi ho iniziato la newbie routine e poi varie varianti. Ad oggi non ho avuto nessun miglioramento se non nella qualità delle
Erezioni. Potrebbe essere qualche errore nello svolgimento degli esercizi.
Attualmente faccio questo routine

5 min riscaldamento
15 pum
10 min jelq oliato (3secondi)
5 min JAI strect
10 min strech
5 min warm down

Hello Thunder's Place,
It's been a while since I posted anything of value here so I am ecstatic to share with you the result of a year long experiment; I will try to explain this the best I can in the least amount of words. I have been playing around with different routines off and on since I got my first gains from the Newbie Routine to high intensity and long dangerous sessions. It was only last year that I really took PE apart and questioned everything we think we know and why we structure our sessions the way we do. Out of sheer boredom and less privacy I developed a method of getting more done in less time with less wet jelqs.

I present to you.....

The 'TWENTY MINUTE' routine.

-Warmup-
3min of any warmup exercises
and heating method you like.

-Workout-
3-5 sets of each:
30sec hold
15-20 1" or less dry jelqs
*Do these back to back with enough pressure
to feel a slight discomfort on your last few reps.
Rest only long enough in between to get semi
hard again. You can do these holds and dry-
jelqs anywhere on shaft you want.

-Finisher-
50-100 wet jelqs/dry jelqs
(as slow as you want)
OR
5 min clamp/pump @ 3-4"hg

-Cool Down-
2-3 min cold water soak or ice pack

That's it!

The whole routine was designed to limit inflammation and improve PI by keeping the CC slightly expanded every day but no more than an a few days from full recovers. To put it simply, it's going to get you thicker and allow you to fuck right away without losing your erection. This is meant to be done 3-4 days a week working two sections along the shaft once or twice a week. In between workout days you can do 50 or less wet/dry jelqs or a short session of pumping but stop as soon as you feel any discomfort. Start with 50 wet/dry jelqs in the beginning and then slow them down as you see fit. Those of you seeking length need not worry it will come from the targeted holds with outward pulling, though it may not be as fast as you'd like.

Using a routine very similar to this I gained about .25" in my first 90 days. That's .25" from mid-base to the head! BTW head girth is a real bitch and takes a lot longer than the shaft to grow. I have developed some methods that have sped up the process, but I want to wait to see how other's respond to this routine before I post more on that. I did lose about 1/8" in a long break, but most recently gained .25" more in the past 6 months. I don't regularly measure but every couple months so I can't tell you specifically, but I notice every week that my head and upper half of the shaft are slowly catching up to the rest, I'm all about evening the taper .

Length bigger when jelqing

Guys this is really weird. When I m jelqing where I am somewhere between 60% to 75% erect, I have more length than when I am fully erect! I actually measured it with a pen. While jelqing and holding the head, I was a bit bigger than the pen, but when fully erect I was a bit smaller. Can someone explain this? What is going on here? Could it be the "stretching" that takes place while jelqing?

So I'm extremely interested in enlargement and yes I know that this question is played out and is probably annoying to the vets. But I gotta ask. Does jellying actually work? If I was to begin a routine what would someone suggest to start off with. I've already been going for three weeks now, three days on two off. I'm thinking maybe doing it 5 days with edging as one guy has previously said works great. Any inputs perfect thanks.

Does PE mess up your penis?

Ever since I found out about PE I have been afraid that it might give me a bigger penis but that it might be messed up and not as effective and useful as a penis that has not been PE'd. When guys talk on here about stretching out their ligaments or pulling out their "inner penis" it makes me very nervous. Ideally my penis and anatomy would be just like a larger exact replica of it's former self after PE. Like don't we need our inner penis? Doesn't it exist for a reason? I am having trouble articulating my concerns but do you guys get what I am saying?

I have problems keeping my erection level around 70-80 percent when jelquing. I tend to lose it by the 10th stroke, sometimes less. So I've experimented and found a way to keep my penis hard.

Lets say I am starting with my right hand using the "OK" grip. As soon as I slide it up and it reaches towards my mid shaft, I take my left hand and squeeze the base of my penis using the "OK" grip, getting it ready for a jelque.
I then continue sliding my right hand up towards the head of my penis. Then I repeat. I noticed that once I squeeze the base of my penis as soon as the jelquing hand reaches mid shaft, my penis bulges and becomes bigger/fatter.

Is this an ok or proper way to jelque? I noticed when doing this technique, my penis stays harder and I see alot of veins popping out as if they are going to burst!

Veréis después del calentamiento el pene se me queda entre un 15-40% d erecto(estoy realizando rutina de novatos) y he probado a hacerlo después de los Jelqs pero prácticamente está igual , me he quedado sin novia hace poco y mi pene la verdad que está muy activo desde que no le da ninguna mujer lo que se merece.. .xD
Aunque me masturbo pero no sirve de nada la verdad , he pensado en realizar los estiramientos antes del calentamiento pero no sabía si sería malo y no me he arriesgado y querría saber si a alguien más le pasa y en el caso que me aconsejara algo que pudiera hacer

How hard to squeeeze while jelqing

How much squeeze is right when you jelq? Because in all the past sesssions I have ended up either with ed or no erection at all. Can somebody also let me know what cream or suppliment I can use to recover my muscles quickly. Here I will also like to add that I am managed diabetic as well. Thanks

How do you keep yourself motivated for PE

Hi.

I have this problem for a while. Sometimes I have the energy for PEing the whole day, and the next day I'm so tired and demotivated I could barely finish the workout.

Stretching is ok, but jelqing is the problem. I can't maintain erection levels needed for this exercise. Sometimes I'm doing the jelqs in less than 3 second moves in order to finish the workout faster when I'm not in the mood, so that probably affect the results, I.e. I'm not seeing any gains.
Lack of gains affects my morale in general, so sometimes I wonder if there's a reason to continue, if I won't see any results.

How could I overcome this? Do you have any motivational tips and tricks to share? What keeps you going on?

Hola a todos! Hace tiempo que tengo una duda sobre el jelq.. Yo realizo jelq seco, y cuando lo hago llego hasta la corona del glande y al llegar suelto la mano y luego agarro con la otra desde la base y hago lo mismo. Mi duda es, cambia algo al soltar la mano? Es menos eficaz hacerlo asi?
Y la segunda pregunta es si es aconsejable hacer mas de 300 jelq al dia o es contraproducente
