Hola a todos y muchas gracias por aceptarme!

Decir que tengo 19 años casi cumplidos y nunca he hecho los ejercicios que proponéis, lo único que hacía (y por ahora lo sigo haciendo, a no ser que me digáis que voy mal encaminado) es ejercitar el músculo BC (antes pensaba que era PC jejej). Ahora mismo hago aproximadamente 1000 repeticiones al día divididas en tres fases (llevo una semana así), y otro ejercicio de tensar el músculo al máximo durante 20seg repitiéndolo asta 7 veces (también tres veces al día). Hago esta rutina durante 5 días y descanso 2. Lo único que ha cambiado desde entonces es que aguanto un poco mas de tiempo sin eyacular y mis erecciones son más duras, pero sin grandes mejorías en realidad. También decir que ayer me note como dos manchitas rojas en el glande pero hoy ya me han desaparecido, nunca me había pasado.

He indagado mucho por internet y nunca había oído hablar de esta página ya que mi objetivo hasta ahora solo a sido terminar con la eyaculación prematura. Estuve leyendo el libro El Hombre Multiorgásmico de Mantak Chia (supongo que muchos lo conoceréis), en el que encontré algunos ejercicios parecidos a los que aquí se citan, pero no me decidí ha hacerlos hasta ahora que he encontrado esta página. Ahora con vuestra ayuda espero poder aumentar mi tamaño y a la vez terminar con la eyaculación prematura.

Mem's Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

It occurs to me that people will stop reading my threads unless I post the occasional PE related thread to throw them off the scent, hence this thread.

We spend a lot of time talking about hard gainers here and I think that some of that is a physical reality and some of it is down to people not putting the work in effectively, either overworking or underworking and not getting to their potential.

This is a routine I used before anyone talked about LOT and it's effect and I think it will work effectively for high and low LOTter's alike because it effectively works the tunica and the septum and puts enough work into the ligs to see gains there too.

It's a split session routine, with a morning and an evening session and I think this has a lot to do with the effectiveness. I've left out the Cobbler's pose variant I used because the inverted v-stretch was the predominant routine I used and the Cobbler's pose variant is something I hacked on later.

Here's the routine:

Morning session
1-2 times daily mon-fri with 4 hours min break between sessions
  • 5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
  • 20 min long hold inverted v-stretch
  • 5-10 min warm wrap (washcloth)

Evening session
  • 10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
  • 15-20 min 80-90% jelq with 1-2 30 sec hold Horse 440 squeezes every 5 mins
  • 2-5 min 30 sec hold horse squeezes mixed with sadsak head exercise mod
  • 10 min warm wrap (washcloth)
Doubling up this session once in a while is a useful shock

Here's the discussion:

Warm Wrap
The warm wrap is one of the most essential parts of the routine in my opinion. If you are thoroughly warmed the tissue stretches more, and there is much less chance of injury. I tried a lot of warm wrap techniques but always went back to the washcloth, it was always the most effective.

I always used two washcloths and heated them in a sink, to allow rotation and kept the water as hot as possible. Part wringing the cloths means a higher possible heat because you are steaming the penis rather than simply applying hot water directly. While the cloth is applied massaging the penis through it is highly beneficial.

Inverted V-Stretch - Long Hold

This stretch is the dogs bollocks* imo.

The way I used it was with the aid of pot of E45 cream eventually after trying some alternate* cylinders. An E45 cream pot is a cylinder approx 2.5" (6cm) in diameter and 2.5" (6cm) long. These dimensions are perfect for placement between the legs whilst sitting.

Pushing the pot close up to the balls, and stretching the penis over it and over the edge of the chair allows a straight arm stretch to be performed with immense power, effectively using the shoulder and the body to power the stretch rather than the arm. With a good grip, it is possible to hold this stretch for long periods and I found 3 minutes worked well, stopping to regain circulation before reapplying.

It's just as important when doing a stretch like this to relax into the stretch. It's strange but when you snatch a stretch it seems much less effective, if you gradually turn on the power you can stretch that bit further and really feel it.

This is like hanging heavy weights without using a hanger and this stretch should really impact on the septum.

Jelq with Horse440's mixed in

I think that the jelq is one of the most misunderstood exercises. It took me about 3 months to learn the intricacies of jelqing, exactly how much pressure could be brought to bear, using downward strokes with holds to add a lig stretch and increase the pressure on a flagging erection, using upwards strokes and pulling the penis at the root while the erection is solid, maintaining a good stroke flow so that you retain half the pump from the last stroke...

I don't see any reason to jelq for more than 15-20 minutes. Jelqing longer is imo putting quantity above quality. If you jelq for 40 minutes, try doing it in 15 but concentrating on what you are doing rather than thinking about what you are doing later in the evening or whether you've fed the dog, put out the trash (etc).

Mixing in Horse 440's does two things. It allows the hands time to recover a bit and it expands the penis that bit more than jelqing, so that when you start your jelq strokes after a horse you are jelqing a penis that is nicely stretched out, that is bigger.

This is a really effective way to end a routine, you think you've got as much pump as you can and this just pushes it that bit further.

The Sadsak mod I did was a single handed effort.
  1. Create an overhand OK at the base of the penis with the thumb and forefinger on about a 60% erection. This should be an effective tourniquet.
  2. Then add the middle finger above the grip and squeeze it hard
  3. then the ring finger, and
  4. then the pinky in the same way.

This is taking a fixed quantity of blood and squeezing it into a smaller and smaller length of penis. The pump is incredible.

Warm Wrap - Again

Skipping the warm wrap at the end is imo a mistake. What I looked for in a warm wrap at the end of the jelqing session was for the large pump created in the session to go down slightly but almost solidify.

The 5-2 schedule

Having 2 days clear of PE in a week is a great thing. Also it's a target to work for. I always wanted to need those 2 days badly for recovery. If I hadn't worked enough in a week to need those days, it would be a failure. It also meant that a good measurement could be taken weekly.


* "The dog's bollocks" is a British term meaning extremely good, nothing better. As Eddie Izzard puts it:

Buenas noches,

Me presente hace dos semanas pero debido a los problemas técnicos, lo hago de nuevo.

Soy un miembro nuevo. Postee fotos de mi herramienta que volveré a publicar. Mis medidas en erección son 16 NBP - 17,5 BP y 16 de anchura (15 en la parte cercana al glande).

Mis objetivos son 19 de largo e igualar el grosor en todo el miembro.

Ahora mismo estoy con la rutina de novatos.

Hola como amigos están? , soy fenix88 y soy de lima Perú , tengo 23 años, la verdad que aun no he tomado medidas pero ya las haré... . Les tengo unas preguntas ...mañana sábado inicio con la secuencia de principiantes y les quería preguntar si después de terminar con el segundo calentamiento( el de la toalla) uno se puede duchar con agua fría??? Cuanto tiempo dejan descansar el pene entre estiramiento 1 , 2 o 3 segundo?, alguno de ustedes utiliza el andropenis ? Y aparte hacen los ejercicios? Como les fue? , bueno espero me puedan ayudar, gracias.

Girth Gains

Well here is the down low. I am looking for girth gains, right now I am okay with my length.(Being about 7' BPEL) I was wandering what routines everyone uses, or would use, for girth only gains. I know Jelqing, clamping, and such are good for gaining girth, but I mean to say how long and how much for a girth only routine. I also have some questions.

1: Does stretching help with girth gains at all? I read somewhere it helps cement them some after a session.
2:When I Jelq and Do other exercises I have troubles keeping the blood in the shaft, it seems to escape easily no matter how hard I try to squeeze, is this normal?
3:Besides Kegeling are there any other techniques, herbs, or supplements which may increase EQ?
4:What are the best ways to increase my flaccid size, both length and girth, without increasing my EL, if any?
5:Having about a two inch fat pad makes it hard for me to measure and makes me look much smaller that I am, so I was wandering what some good exercises, herbs, supplements, or diets that target the fat pad are.

Hola buenas tardes gente de TP. Me llamo Pedro y soy de Argentina. Tengo 23 años para 24, mido 1.75 y peso tanto como 100kg!.
Mi herramienta esta es bien pequeña 10 cm x 11.5 cm de circunferencia, visibles. Si mido hasta el hueso púbico, llega a los 14.5 cm o algo mas.
Ahora les tengo una pregunta. ¿Creen ustedes que con el hecho de bajar de peso (según mi medico son algo de 25 kg demás) mi herramienta se vera mejor?. Con esta pregunta me refiero a mas grande y con mejores y mas grandes erecciones!.
El bajar de peso va mas allá de el tamaño de mi pene, obviamente mi salud como también mi autoestima están en juego, esta últimamente esta por el piso ... . La semana pasada había empezado con la rutina de novatos y tuve problemas con el estiramientos, no puedo hacerlos correctamente debido al tamaño de mi pene en reposo. ¿ Si solo hago los jequels obtendré algún resultado ?

I've been making some observations, unfortunately those observations are only on my penis so I don't know if they are the same for everyone else. What I notice is that at different levels of erection my girth changes but not in the way one would think. At a lower level I have less length which is obvious but the weird thing is that I am actually girthier. It seems that as it shrivels it compress and it actually measures more. Then When I get my erection level back up and the penis gets longer it stretches and the girth goes back to normal range. This leads me to believe that as I get more girth or length the penis will actually have to grow in all direction so therefore there is no girth or length gain with out the other. What are your thoughts?

Goal Setting?

This is to those vets of PE with lots of experience. I've set some goals but initially they were just what my dream ding-dong size would be. What I'd like to see in the mirror if you will. I think goal setting can be a powerful motivator towards achieving anything. At the same time unrealistic goals can be devastating when unfulfilled.

When setting my goals I take into account my perfect size, my general health, how much I've already achieved, what some of the most commonly achieved gains were by guys starting out my size, and any other outlying factors that may play into my achieving my goals. I can set a goal to be 12x8 but barring getting bit by a radioactive donkey and growing a super ding-dong overnight I'm bound to suffer demoralizing failure.

So what would you advise so many of us newbies out here, especially us smaller guys (<7"), on how to set goals for achievable PE?

Hello everyone hope your all well.

I haven't been on here for quite a while. I used to be obsessed with my penis size and a keen PE-er. In the end I changed my thoughts and just decided to think, whos cares, I dont care if girls say ive got a small penis its not the end of the world, ill just move on to the next girl. But my penis size anxiety is starting to creep back in and something happend erlier today which added to it.....

So ive been a bit stressed out recently so thought id go get a nice relaxing massage at a thai massage parlour. Had a massage from the thai lady who was probably about mid 40s, at the end of the massage she offered me a happy ending, so i thought what the hell and let her. While she was doing it she was commenting saying i need to get a thai girlfriend as they are tight. She said if i get and english girl they will run away and leave me because of my small penis. She was smiling while saying all this and i dont think she has any idea what kind of effect saying things like that can have on someone. She carried on making strange comments half of which i couldnt understand as her english wasnt great.

Anyway this made me feel quite down and has made me more worried and concious about the size of my unit again. By the way im 5.1"NBP and 4.1"EG. This lady must see a considerable amount of penis in her time so that makes me feel even worse.

So im back for the time being and just wanted to say hi to everyone. Anyone else had any experiences like this?

I'm calling on the men here at Thunder's to help me and my friend, TheThickOne, with a project. We are doing a study on penis size and society's viewpoints. One part is going to mention all the ways people are bombarded with these messages on a daily basis.

For example, near my house there is a big billboard for a convenience store that sells 3 different sizes of coffee. It has the 3 cups and says "Size Matters" in huge letters. This would be an example. If you know of any similar billboards that have "Size Matters" or any other reference to penis size, please send me a PM with the whereabouts of the sign. We haven't decided whether or not we will be traveling to the sites and capturing the footage ourselves or if we will be using pictures. We are located in the Mid Atlantic region so any signs around here would be best, but if the sign is far away you could still help out by sending us a picture. Again, please PM me if you know of any of these signs or billboards. Also, if you have any other ideas for referencing this topic, please either PM that to me or post right here in this thread. For example, there are now several popular country songs over the last few years that have blatent references to this, magazine ads, ect.

Our project is still in it's very early, infant stages so I can't share a whole lot about what all we will be doing, but as things progress I will be sure to keep the members here posted. Thanks in advance to anyone who would like to help us out.

buon giorno a tutti,volevo porre un quesito agli esperti di estensore,io lo uso da poco più di un mese,e ci sono dei giorni tipo oggi che mi sembra di indossarlo come i primi giorni,cioè sento il pisello troppo teso , come se avessi allungato troppo , ho un nervo nella parte superiore dell'asta che è talmente tirato che esce fuori dalla pelle ..questo portandolo verso giù , se lo porto verso su è meno in tensione e non fa niente..pur non avendo aumentato da circa 15 giorni,secondo voi è normale .oppure io sbaglio qualcosa?

Hola soy nuevo y me quería presentar,
Soy de España tengo 24 años y ya practique anteriormente con andropenis y con bathmate pero con resultados temporales por falta de disciplina ...

Y casi un año después vuelvo a retomar, está vez con una bomba normal combinada de jelqs
Aquí os escribo la rutina que empiezo a hacer ( debo decir que mi único objetivo es el grosor, aunque sí gano longitud bienvenida sea )
5 o 6 días semanales entre 15 y 20 minutos bomba e inmediatamente después 10 minutos de jelqs otra vez bomba otra vez jelqs y otra vez bomba, es decir 3 sesiones de bomba y enmedio dos de jelqs
Mis medidas son 19cm de largo y de grosor en la base casi 14 en medio unos 13 y debajo del grande es decir arriba pero no el grande en sí..apenas llega a 12....como veis buena longitud pero muy fina a excepción de la base que cuando los testículos están contraídos ni se aprecia y se ve muy fina
Que tal lo veis los expertos?
Crees que es mejor sólo bomba ?
O sólo jelqs?
Y una pregunta más puedo tener sexo después de usar la bomba ?
O es mejor después de la rutina descansar?

Hypothetical question I guess, at least for now. But imagine if there was a risk free process to enlarge your dick for a months wages - would you take it? I feel most people would, it's not like muscle implants where the benefits of exercise are skipped, and I imagine even the current surgery available would not leave obvious marks and an unnatural look (like face and breast surgery).

Any reason not to?

I hear there is surgery to tighten pussies as well, if this is safe who is complaining?

Getting the most out of your jelq

I discovered something today, maybe some of you already know/do this, but it's not mentioned in the guidebook. I felt like I should be sharing this with the rest of you, cause it might just be a handy trick to get more out of your Jelq.

So as you might know the penis starts a couple of inches inside your body. So as I was doing my jelqing routine, I started building up the pressure while jelqing starting as close to the base as possible. When the skin of the scrotum is soft enough, you can reach a respective part of the penis inside your body. You can't reach this with only the "OK" grip. But you can start squeezing from underneath and then gradually change to the OK grip. Technically this way if you do it right you can push more blood trough the penis and to the glance, creating more pressure. In my case the jelqs started to feel more intensive, I could really feel the blood flowing in with every jelq.

Just wanted to share this with you, and hear your thoughts about it..

Perfect wrapping for Bib Hanger

The best wrapping for Bib Hanger what I have tried: the long soft silicone sleeve from Monkeybar rolled with Theraband. The most important thing is to use powder. With this combo no slip just pure traction. I was hanging with 39 lbs with ordinary wrapping (a piece of cotton and Theraband), but for my veins it was tto much. I have to re-start from 22 lbs, now I am on 31 lbs and I will going up to 36-37 lbs. I am hanging on BTC. The pain in my veins has gone. I am trying to fix the Bib hanger as high as I can on my shaft.

Hola amigos, como están?, bueno ya me presente en el foro pero no han podido responder la pregunta que les hice, espero tu me puedan ayudar, mis dudas son : si después de realizar el segundo calentamiento ese de 5 min puedo ducharme con agua fría?la otra es , al tratar de hacer los jelq se me baja osea no estoy al 75% y tengo que masturbarme oh entrar en la imaginación.espero un tiempito y empiezo de nuevo, claro que paro el cronometro porque son 10 min, hago bien? En masturbarme y continuar hasta cumplir los 10min?, otra duda es puedo hacer los Kegels mientras realizo el segundo calentamiento ? Es tan obligatorio los Kegels despues de realizar la rutina? O puedo hacerlos en cualquier momento?, también pienso en comprar el andropenis, alguno de ustedes lo utiliza? O solo a conseguido agrandar su pene con la rutina? Espero tu respuesta , gracias
