My workout rountine

Hi you all, I started with PE/Hanger workout routine for roughly three months.

Hanger: (just started 3 weeks ago)

4 x 15 mins hanger with a sock daily. Sometime more than 4 depends on my mood or privacy concerns
Increase 2.5 lbs weight every week

Now at 10 lbs, sitting; no stand up.

Jelq: (roughly 3 months):

I use CVS baby oil with aloe Vera and vitamin e

Hard squeeze Jelq 500 times
2-3 secs hard squeeze jelq

Soft jelq 300 times or more right after hard squeeze
2-3 secs soft jelq

After Jelq:
Try to get an erection. Once an erection achieved, put one of your hand on your shaft and push it down at 90 degree. Try use your muscle (I don't know the specific muscle, I think Kegel or other muscle) to force your dick goes up and your hand should resist it from going more than 90 degree.

Do it at least 5 times or until dick can't get erection anymore.

Same concept as wet towel exercise.

Hot shower after!! At least 5 mins of hot shower.

Supplements:
L-Argentine
L-Lysine <--- don't take L-Argentine at the same time; take it 3 hours after L-Argentine consumed. They cancel out if took both at the same time.
Hawthrone berries
Chelated Zinc
CVS spectravite multivitamin advanced tablet
Bulgarian tribulus terrestris
Vitamin D3
Vitamin A

Whey Protein right after P90X weight workout.

I don't have measurement with me.

The results are: roughly .75 inch length and 1/8th wider than Colgate toothpaste. Honest as boy scout.

The erection strength is extremely strong. Extremely hard to jelq if you get an erection. Felt like you're trying to squeeze and jelq the cucumber really hard. Best to keep it 80% or less.

On side note: no personal injury, weird deformation, or whatsoever. I took care of my dick extremely well.

I never use clamp at all. I don't understand the purpose of clamp. If you highly recommend it, let me know. Keep in mind, I'm a poor college student.

Buenas comunidad, soy nuevo aquí y también nuevo en el PE. He estado leyendo algo en este foro mucha información interesante respecto al tema.

Tengo 26 años, y la primera vez que escuche de técnicas de PE fue cuando tenia como 15 años, por internet. No les tomé importancia y no las creía reales. Después de eso, siempre vi los clásicos avisos en paginas porno ofreciendo estos "alarga tu pene" y eso siempre creí que eran estafas. Hace un tiempo atrás comencé a indagar un poco más en esto, y descubrí que sí es una técnica seria que da resultados reales, así que me decidí a intentarlo.

Llevo una semana practicando el Jelqing, más que nada de la forma en que se explica en algunos vídeos y manuales que he visto. Aunque no se que tan bien lo estaré haciendo y por eso quería ver si quizás algunos usuarios mas experimentados podrían darme una mano.

Cuando comencé a leer sobre medidas, descubrí que mi pene esta en la media en cuanto al largo, pero al parecer tiene un grosor sobre el estándar así que me alegra que al parecer comienzo sobre buena base para el PE.

Mi pene mide alrededor de 17,5 cm erecto y tiene una circunferencia de 15 cm... Un poco mas incluso en la base llega casi a los 16. Esa medida me di cuenta que estaba buena y que incluso muchos de los que veo aquí haciendo PE aspiran a llegar a esa medida de grosor así que por ese lado me siento algo mas conforme con mi tamaño. El tema es que me gustaría tenerla de unos 20 a 21 cm de largo y si puedo unos 16 cm de circunferencia. Espero no estarme poniendo expectativas muy altas, que opinan?

En la semana que llevo haciéndolo, me ha sorprendido el ya ver cambios notorios sólo en una semana. No es que me haya crecido, pero de todas maneras me doy cuenta que algo esta sucediendo ahí je je.

En ese sentido, tenía algunas dudas respecto a la correcta ejecución de los ejercicios, espero puedan ayudarme.

Para empezar, les cuento la rutina que estoy haciendo para que me corrijan si en algo estoy haciendo mal, hasta el momento, las rutinas las he hecho en la ducha.

Rutina:
Precalentamiento: 5 min con el agua caliente de la ducha.
Jelqing: alrededor de 10 a 15 min de Jelqs, de unos 3 segundos cada Jelq, he hecho con el "OK" hacia arriba y hacia abajo, osea como Jelq normal y Jelq invertido
Calentamiento: para terminar, aplico calor con el agua de la ducha otros 5 min. (estuve leyendo que para terminar era bueno aplicar agua fría, si es así podría cambiar este paso y mojar mi pene con agua fría)
Kegels: hago Kegels durante el día en distintas situaciones, antes de dormir hago unos 40 Kegels, contrayendo y manteniéndolo por unos 5 segundos y luego relajo, repitiendo ese proceso unas 40 veces.

Pretendo hacer esta rutina por 5 días con 2 días de descanso.

Que opinan de esta rutina para un novato?? Esta bien? Le harían algún cambio? Le agregarían algún otro ejercicio?

Bueno y mis otras consultas iban por el lado de la salud.

Cuanto tiempo pasada la rutina puedo masturbarme o tener una relación sexual?

He notado ciertas "deformaciones" leves en el pene, osea como protuberancias asomando, como si fuera a engordar de manera no uniforme. Esto se debe a algo en especial? Estaré aplicando mal algún ejercicio?

También he notado algunos puntos rojos que asoman en la funda del pena, es normal?

Otra cosa que quería preguntar, es si conocen de ejercicios para agrandar el glande, ya que me gustaría tener la cabeza mas grande. No soy circuncidado, saben si la circuncisión ayuda al agrandamiento del glande? Quiero hacerlo en algún momento y no solo por la estética, sino por un problema que tengo que se llama fimosis al parecer, me cuesta mucho tirar el prepucio hacia atrás y se pone tirante y se me hace como un anillo que me aprieta el glande y el final del pene. Incluso muchas veces se me hacen heridas y mini corte en el prepucio, porque simplemente no da el ancho para abrirse lo suficiente para correrlo hacia atrás. Esto ha sido una gran problemática para mi que incluso me ha impedido disfrutar muchas veces de una plena relación sexual, ya que esas heridas duelen mucho a veces cuando comienzo a penetrar y el prepucio se va hacia atrás, comienza a abrirse y las heridas también se abren y eso provoca mucho dolor. Después de un rato ya no duele mas como que se dilata la cosa. Pero ha habido un par de veces en que incluso no he podido continuar o he perdido la erección del dolor que siento.

Here I am sitting at an embarrassing 4.25 EG and need to gain girth at all costs! Unfortunately in the years I've done PE, I've never managed to pack on any noticeable girth gains (and I've actually lost 0.25" due to some non-PE related crap I posted about in another thread...)

I need to ask all BIG gainers-- what are some telltale signs that you have come to realize you are in "the zone" so to speak regarding your workout? Obviously gains are the biggest one, but I mean precursors to that? In my experience, for example, I've always noticed a light tingling at the base of my dick just before a length gain (happened at least 3-4 times). Every time I attempt a girth routine, however, my EQ seems to drop to basically zero! What physical sensations should I be keeping an eye out for in regards to formulating the perfect girth workout?

Best chance of success

Be skeptical and questioning about everything you read. Run it through your common sense filters.

Don't buy anything for at least the first few months and maybe not at all. Buying stuff will not make your dick bigger. (This excludes lubricants.)

Don't believe the opinion of a single person. Read around a subject and check out the consensus.

Don't jump immediately on the bandwagon of a new gain 1" in a week exercise. The exercises that have stood up to scrutiny are well known. Experiment for sure, but don't don't place any bets on growth rate.

Don't assume that if you pester a guy for his routine after he's gained quickly that you will do the same.

Don't run before you walk and jump immediately to the highest intensity routine you can, "because it will be quicker". Less is often more and you won't be gaining anything while you are recovering from injury.

Assume that the process will be slow, then any quick gains you get are a bonus.

If a routine is working for you, stick with it until it stops working for you.

Be consistent.

Oggi mi sono imbattuto su questo thread Warning! If you haven't gotten improved erections: , in base alla mia esperienza personale l'autore ha completamente ragione quando associa il miglioramento delle nostre erezioni con la crescita o meglio come sintomo positivo di un'eventuale crescita e di questo credo che ne siamo tutti consci.
Attualmente non ho erezioni facili (a mio parere molto dipende anche dallo stato emotivo in cui ci troviamo), ho solamente erezioni mattutine che non sono necessariamente indicatori positivi di crescita. Insomma quando devo fare jelq è un disastro: a volte sto oltre due ore per fare 20 minuti e nemmeno riesco ad ottenere erezioni decenti e continuative, magari se l'umore è positivo non ho problemi e il tutto riesce facilmente nonostante il jelq sia preceduto da 20 minuti di intenso stretch.
Se la memoria non m'inganna nell'unico periodo di crescita visibile avevo il pene ben rilassato per tutto il giorno, aumento della libido e poche difficoltà nel raggiungere erezioni, probabilmente le poche hold inserite in scaletta potevano giocare un ruolo fondamentale. Ero cresciuto nonostante il mio stile di vita fosse pessimo: abuso di alcool e psicofarmaci come il tavor. Adesso col tavor ho quasi smesso, prendo mezza pillola da un milligrammo e bevo raramente, purtroppo non faccio sport e fumo davvero tanto. Per lo sport potrei ovviare facendo nuoto due o tre volte la settimana ma smettere o diminuire col fumo non riesco.
Sono convinto che sia un connubio di fattori a far sì che le erezioni non arrivino facilmente o che non arrivino affatto, sarei quindi propenso ad uno stop di 2 o 3 settimane durante le quali cercherò di astenermi dalla visione di film porno, per vedere se queste migliorano e all'insorgere di un decremento ripartire da 5 minuti di jelq e 5 di kegels come suggerito.
Aspetto le vostre esperienze e suggerimenti in merito.

L'ho comprato provato devo dire che é ottimo.
Non da il minimo fastidio è leggerissimo morbido e soprattutto regolabile.
Di certo si raggiungono pressioni adatte a sviluppare la circonferenza di fatto è una sorta di Clamping peró è più sicuro che bloccarsi il pene con un pressacavi.

Hey guys its been a while since I've posted up on the forums, I'm usually just lurking around. But I ran into a serious problem recently and decided to just ask my experienced brethren. I tried posting this in the injuries forum since thats where it belongs but it seems I can't and given the urgency I figured id post here. Long story short I'm a strong PE follower, and casual hanger. I did my usual hanging exercises one day with no feeling of pain, Went to go have intercourse with a new girl for the first time. She was pretty rough ill have to admit. Next thing you know 10 minutes into me. He goes soft and DOES NOT wake up for the rest of the night. I tried porn, yelling at it.nothing. Sure enough I felt a constant pinching feeling on the left side of the shaft towards the base right behind the fat pack. Happened about 4 days ago, I continued having sex throughout the weekend and it does seem to be progressively better. But I am still feeling that pain a little, and I just don't see that 100% erection. I'm 23 years old, 5 '11 200 lbs. Work out. I'm guessing this is just a rest and recuperate and not just a walk it off type of injury. But I figured id ask before I freak out and take an unnecessary trip to the urologist.

Just Started Newbie Routine.Questions

Last night was my first time trying PE. I did the newbie routine and I have some concerns/questions.

During jelqing I lose my partial erection quite easily. Partly because I kept having to apply more Vaseline (I'm using a Vaseline/olive oil mix) Any pointers?
Also during jelqing I sometimes could see my blood go up my shaft but most the time I did not see it or feel like anything was happening. Maybe I wasn't erect enough and/or squeezing hard enough?
I have read that a tight squeeze is what is required to jelq but like I just mentioned, I do not know if I was squeezing hard enough.

How much pressure do I apply during the stretches? I was tugging it fairly hard but not to where it would hurt. I didn't feel like it was doing all that much.

I read that when doing kegels, you tighten the muscle that makes you stop peeing/make your penis move up without using your stomach/anus muscles but its almost impossible for me not to.

I did not see any swelling whatsoever when I was done. Is this because it was my first time or was I doing it wrong? I really don't want all this effort to be for nothing.

Hopefully you guys can give me some pointers before I try it again tonight.

Buon giorno ragazzi.
Vista la grande importanza che ha questo sito per tutti quelli che praticano p.e volevo creare un tread che possa aiutare noi novizi(e non) a non sbagliare gli esercizi per esempio e comportarsi nel modo giusto durante questo periodo. Ho notato in molti tread sparsi molte dritte ma sarebbe giusto e piu ordinato farne uno che ne racchiuda tutti i consigli.
Per esempio io notato che subito dopo il p.e ho avuto non poco difficoltà nel rapporto oppure ho notato ancora che facendo la routine divisa(warm up jelq mattina warm up stiramenti la sera)ho meno difficoltà con l'erezione nei jelq.

Stretching - pressione glande eccessiva

Ciao a tutti,
Minchia ragazzi a fare stretching mi sto disintegrando il glande ahahahah. Non è possibile. Poco fa erano venute delle specie di bolle subito dopo la presa ( ritenzione di sangue) che sono scomparse poco dopo, già nn ci sono , erano dovute alla presa e allo stringere per tirare.
Comunque tra jelq e stretch ho già troppi puntini rossi qua e la. Direi che faccio uno stop di qualche dì.
Un altra cosa , ma non sarà che jelq e stretch sono incompatibili fra loro? Il jelq mi ha già dato miglior EQ e anche un aumento visibile quasi 0,5 mm in spessore. Però la lunghezza rimane oscillante tra i 16cm (max) e 15cm (livello normale di erezione). Mentre faccio jelq sale a 16,5 circa.
Sinceramente non capisco se è meglio (alla luce di quella teoria che ora nn ricordo) fare prima stretch per un paio di mesi e poi jelq, o entrambi. Poi lo stretch mi devasta la cappella , maremma ladra!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all,

First, a late happy new PE year to all of you from me. Let`s make some gains this year!

Now, to the subject of erect clamping, EQ and gains.

Erect clamping is an exercise that I really like and really believe in, but my penis does not agree with me in recent years. I seem to recall that I had some positive experiences the first time I clamped many years back, but in the later years, I invariably end up with poor EQ, shrinkage (not permanent) and no gains. Actually, the last time I tried it seriously, it seemed to start out really well and I thought I was on my way to girth heaven, but then, nothing, and I had to quit because of poor EQ and shrinkage.

I have never been one to use extreme intensity, always clamp with padding using only one clamp and usually I have never done more than 3 X 10 minutes and built up to that from 5-6 minute sets.

Right now, I`m comfortable with a pumping and jelqing routine which gives me positive PIs, on average a very good EQ, decent flaccid hang, etc. However, I do think clamping may be a better exercise for girth and pumping is also more of a hazzle with the equipment, clean-up, hiding it, etc. Seeing that I will be moving around some this year, clamping would be more stealthy for me and I want to try it one more time and see if I can make it work.

With pumping, I always perform ten minutes of jelqing before the 1st set in the pump. I wonder if that type of "warm-up" and pre-stretching of the tissues could in any way be beneficial in a clamping routine? In the past, I only warmed up and then put on the clamp.

Maybe I should start out superlight, with only 2-3 sets X 2-3 minutes? Increasing very slowly?

I have to admit that I may have been too speedy increasing volume in the past and that may explain some of my issues. Still, I recall some other members saying how they did not get clamping to work for them, so maybe it`s not for everyone? One guy said that clamping killed his erections for months and he did not do any PE except for kegels during that recovery period. Later, this guy added clamping and seemingly with great success and no issues. I also seem to remember that Sta-Kool said something about clamping not working for him.

Curious to hear if anyone got any input on this. Especially if there are guys that did not get it to work initially, but found a way around it.

Riscaldamento, misurazioni e target

Innanzitutto salve a tutti e complimenti per questo forum veramente fantastico. Sono nuovo e ho alcune domande da porre.
1) nel riscaldamento secondo voi va bene utilizzare un cold/ot pack (i gel blu in bustina da farmacia che fanno da ghiaccio o da borsa dell'acqua calda) scaldato al microonde al posto dell'asciugamano bagnato? Lo chiedo perché è molto più pratico e veloce da preparare e mantine il calore costante e a lungo
2) volevo inserire le mie misure nel profilo, credo di avere capito come si fa ma chiedo conferma: lunghezza, fettuccia premuta sull'osso pubico e misurazione ad erezione massima; circonferenza: metro da sarto intorno alla base del pene stringendo senza esagerare
3) vedo molti con specificato un target da raggiungere, volevo sapere se questo target è da stabilire in proporzione alle dimensioni originali (tipo che ne so + 20%) o se invece uno può scrivere quello che vuole, con il dovuto raziocinio...

Hola a todos,

Me presento en este fabuloso foro, ya hace un tiempo largo que quería empezar a ejercitar pero siempre me gano la pereza y la falta de privacidad. Las cosas han cambiado ahora y la razon que me impulso a tomarme esto es la reciente separación de mi novia de hace muchos años.
La verdad que el sexo se había vuelto aburrido y ella siempre hacia comentarios sobre el tamaño de mi pene (no alentadores).
Creo que los ejercicios y actividades que se proponen en este foro van a llevar a mejorar no solo en el tamaño de mi pequeño saltamontes sino también al control de mi eyaculación.

Golf Weights - Where did your find them

Using golf swing weights as an ADS seems like something worth trying. But I haven't had much luck finding them. Academy Sports is the main sports store here. Plus I have tried a couple of specialty golf stores with no luck. Even online like Amazon doesn't seem to sell what folks have described. So are these a fad that came and went? Or can you still get them someplace.

Also, I'd love to hear the pros and cons, and any suggestions warnings that folks might have. I have no idea if I have found all the relevant threads so pointers to things I may have missed by searching are certainly welcome.
